the property is incredibly spacious and exquisitely designed. It is conveniently located in the heart of the city, just a short walk from all the major attractions. We were impressed with the immediate and efficient communication we had with the owner, Alessandra. the photos online don't do justice to the beauty of the place - it was even better in reality. the apartment is just 45 seconds away from the vaporetto station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Venice. we highly recommend Ca' Malipiero for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We recently stayed at Ca' Malipiero for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect for us, as it was near the water bus and had easy access to the train station and airport. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with a pull-out couch in the living room for extra sleeping space. The host provided a helpful booklet with tips for the area and information on using the water bus system. We also appreciated the washer and drying rack for our clothes. a quiet and convenient place to stay.
